一、產(chǎn)品簡介

山友重工石料破碎PCL高智能系統(tǒng)電控柜，屬于出口型電氣控制系統(tǒng)，采用PLC可編程組件控制，全機(jī)觸摸屏操作，一鍵式啟動方式，設(shè)備故障自檢，并程序化控制設(shè)備啟停。同時(shí)系統(tǒng)還可配備電量計(jì)量，產(chǎn)量統(tǒng)計(jì)等功能，有效對設(shè)備產(chǎn)能作出監(jiān)控。

1、組成部分

該電控柜智能系統(tǒng)分為以下幾個(gè)部分：

①中央控制模塊

工業(yè)電腦、可編程PLC模塊作為中央處理器，根據(jù)破碎機(jī)實(shí)際情況編寫程序，并處理各個(gè)單元傳感器反饋信號，通過觸摸屏實(shí)現(xiàn)智能控制和人機(jī)互通。

②電控系統(tǒng)

根據(jù)控制需要配備每臺設(shè)備的啟動、停止控制元件(包括空氣開關(guān)、接觸器、軟啟動器、變頻器、熱保護(hù)器等)。

③傳感器

用于整套設(shè)備的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，包括檢測設(shè)備負(fù)荷的電流傳感器、檢測軸承溫度的熱敏傳感器、檢測主要設(shè)備振動量的傳感器、用于實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的影像系統(tǒng)、檢測電量消耗的電能傳感器、檢測產(chǎn)量的壓敏傳感器等。

④信息共享系統(tǒng)

信息生成和發(fā)布單元（產(chǎn)量、電能損耗、每天生產(chǎn)時(shí)間、故障停機(jī)原因自動生成報(bào)告，采用信息方式發(fā)布到管理員手機(jī)上），讓管理員對于設(shè)備的狀態(tài)一目了然。

二、產(chǎn)品功能特點(diǎn)

智能電控操作系統(tǒng)（電控柜）主要特點(diǎn)及可以實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能：

1、一鍵式啟動、停止生產(chǎn)線（One button start or stop of the production line.）

• 在自動模式下，啟動設(shè)備只需要按一個(gè)按鈕，各個(gè)主機(jī)按照順序自動啟動；

  In auto mode, just press one button, all main machines will start in order.

• 需要停機(jī)時(shí)，按下停機(jī)按鈕，設(shè)備按照程序停機(jī)；

  When needed, all machines will stop in order by just press STOP button.

• 在檢修狀態(tài)，設(shè)備可以手動單個(gè)啟動，進(jìn)行調(diào)試；

  In maintenance mode, each machine can be started alone for adjusting.

• 具備手動按鈕備用系統(tǒng)，在觸摸屏不能正常工作的時(shí)，可以通過按鈕開關(guān)控制生產(chǎn)線。

  Standby manual control system. Production line can be controlled by button switch in case that the touch screen does not work properly.

2、設(shè)備正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)智能監(jiān)測設(shè)備的工作狀態(tài)（Intelligently monitoring working conditions of the equipment during normal running.）

• 設(shè)備發(fā)生故障導(dǎo)致電機(jī)卡死時(shí)，系統(tǒng)根據(jù)電機(jī)所在的位置，自動停止與此設(shè)備相關(guān)聯(lián)的設(shè)備，

  When motor stops in case of equipment failure, the system will automatically stop all machines connected.  

• 通過主要機(jī)器的軸承溫度傳感器，反饋設(shè)備工作狀態(tài)；

  Working status can be monitored through temperature sensor of the bearing installed on the main machines. 

• 檢測各個(gè)主要主機(jī)電流和振動量（制砂機(jī)），處理器內(nèi)部預(yù)設(shè)計(jì)算公式和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)負(fù)荷數(shù)據(jù)庫，判  斷生產(chǎn)線各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)是否符合正常產(chǎn)量；

  Detect current of each main machine and vibration of sand making machine, and find out whether each unit works well or not through comparing data calculated by the default formula in the processor and standard load database

• 現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控自動存盤，生產(chǎn)線操作室和管理者辦公室具備視頻監(jiān)控功能，實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控現(xiàn)場的工作狀態(tài)，保證生產(chǎn)安全，監(jiān)督工作狀態(tài)。并將影像信息保持存盤30天，管理員可以隨時(shí)調(diào)閱當(dāng)月的每天工作狀態(tài)；

  Automatically save of on-site monitoring data. There have video monitoring system in both operating room and administrator’s office. They can live monitoring production status of the site, to ensure production safety and supervision of working conditions. Video data of the monitoring can be stored for 30 days, the administrator can review working status of everyday of the month anytime.

• 生產(chǎn)線數(shù)據(jù)采集長期備份，管理員隨時(shí)可以調(diào)取各個(gè)時(shí)間段的工作情況，設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況；

  Life time backup for data of the production line collected. The administrator can review working conditions of the various periods of time and running status of the equipment.

• 系統(tǒng)設(shè)置密碼進(jìn)入，防止誤操作造成安全隱患。

  Password is set for log in to prevent potential security problem from improper operation.

3、日匯報(bào)和月匯報(bào)（Daily report and monthly report）

• 生產(chǎn)線工作24小時(shí)后，會自動生成日匯報(bào)短信給管理者，包括日產(chǎn)能、電能消耗、當(dāng)日工作總時(shí)間。

  Daily report including daily production capacity, power consumption, total working time of the day will be automatically generated and sent to the administrator via SMS every 24 hours of running of the production line. 

• 生產(chǎn)線工作30日后，會自動生成月匯報(bào)短信給管理者，包括月產(chǎn)能、月電能消耗、當(dāng)月工作總時(shí)間。

  Monthly report of production capacity, power consumption and total working time will be automatically generated and sent to the administrator via SMS every 30 days of running of the production line.
